Each year, the membership of the Builders Association of the Twin Cities honors one builder that exemplifies the highest level of professionalism in the home building industry. Gorham Builders is proud to have been chosen to receive the Builder of the Year Award twice in the last ten years. We were also chosen as runner up for this award in 2006. The Builder of the Year award is judged upon trust, communication, loyalty and ethics in business dealings with member companies.

Throughout the years, Gorham Builders has also been recipients of the Reggie Award of Excellence^sm. This award was established to recognize outstanding achievements by member builders in the Builders Association of the Twin Cities. Reggie Award ^sm winners are judged by their toughest critics…fellow builders, on the home’s design, construction quality and value.

Gorham Builders has also won numerous Trillium Awards ^sm, which are given by the Builders Association of the Twin Cities to honor builder/subcontractor teams who work together to build your new home.
