We will meet you at your home to review the possibilities available to capture optimum views and consider walkout and lookout options.

We will work closely with you from initial design ideas through final design decisions, including guiding you through preliminary product and material choices.

Once construction commences, we provide you with a general time frame marking key milestones and construction stages where you will be asked to meet our personnel onsite for reviews and approvals. Our onsite job superintendents orchestrate teams of subcontractors who work together to construct your new home.
 

We will guide you through the selection process where you will choose the products and materials that will go into your new home.

As we near completion of your new home, we will schedule final walk-throughs for you to review and ensure everything is as you and your family expect. We will tour the entire home with you, demonstrating features and operations including heating, air quality, appliances and more.

After closing and during the time you are settling into your new home, Gorham Builders is available to answer questions and address concerns that may arise. All applicable warranty information will be provided to you at closing.
